After in situ oxidation treatment, the content of organic matter in salt is less, and the removal rate of organic matter is more than 99%, which greatly expands the utilization way of recycled salt.
(1) In situ oxidized by-product salt is pure salt with single component (NaCl, Na2SO4, etc.), which can be used for production or sold as by-product salt. Na2SO4 can be used for water glass, glass, porcelain glaze, pulp production. NaCl can be used in the electrolytic process of saturated NaCl solution to produce hydrogen, chlorine and caustic soda and other chlor-alkali industries.
(2) For organosilicon and other industries, the recycled salt is mainly SiO2 and MgO and other oxides, which have higher recycling value.
(3) Mixed salt is used as raw material of salt products after salt separation treatment.
(4) Salt products - snow melting agent, concrete antifreeze agent, boiler ash cleaning agent, cement grinding agent and chemical additives and other by-products.
(5) The salt after in situ oxidation shall be purchased and treated by the salt industry company.
