Jiangsu Lanlv Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Lanlv") is located in No. 18, Keji Road, Taixing City, Jiangsu Province. It is affiliated to Jiangsu Yier et al Ion Technology Co., LTD. Jiangsu Lanlv is a high-tech enterprise, with a waste salt research and development team composed by four doctors, responsible for the research and development of high concentration salt resource technology and project implementation; In addition, it has the capability of process design package for the whole process from evaporation of high-salt wastewater to in situ oxidation removal of organic matter in polluted salt and then to the resource application of mass and salt separation.
In July 2009, Jiangsu Yieret Ionization Technology Co., Ltd. was established, engaged in plasma technology research and development.
In April 2021, Jiangsu Lanlv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established to undertake the research and development of Jiangsu Yier waste salt pyrolysis technology and the implementation of all waste salt projects.
In September 2021, four doctors from Southwest University were introduced to participate in the establishment of Jiangsu Tanfenglan Energy Saving Technology Co., LTD., which finally broke through the technical bottleneck restricting the waste salt disposal industry by using in situ oxidation technology. Tanfenglan Company provides comprehensive technical support for Jiangsu Yier and Jiangsu Lanlv Company.
The 8-year growth and development of Jiangsu Lanlv is also a development history of chemical waste salt disposal technology in China.
In 2015 and 2016, 30 tons/year and 50 tons/year waste salt incineration demonstration projects will be built.
In 2017 and 2018, 30 tons/year and 50 tons/day rotary kiln waste salt resource disposal demonstration projects will be built.
In 2016 and 2019, Japan's superheated steam technology was introduced, and a demonstration project of 50 tons/day superheated steam oxygen-free carbonation cracking waste salt was built.
In 2018 and 2019, four Ph. D. shareholders of Eer assisted a chemical enterprise in Changshou, Chongqing to build a set of 30 tons/year in situ oxidation early technology waste salt treatment device.
In 2021, Jiangsu Lanlv Engineering Center built a 3 tons/day belt type in situ oxidation waste salt quantity pilot plant, in situ oxidation technology comprehensive upgrade.
From 2015 to 2021, Jiangsu Lanlv Engineering Center has built 5 tons of 3 ~ 20 tons/day incineration, rotary kiln, anaerobic carbonization, in situ oxidation waste salt disposal pilot plants. Used for research and development of waste salt technology and customer waste salt project data testing.
On December 25, 2020, the superheated steam coupling in situ oxidation of waste salt disposal technology was listed in the Catalogue of Key Environmental Protection Equipment for Promotion by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
After 8 years of continuous self-denial and a series of innovations, Jiangsu Lanlv has developed a completely independent technology of strip in situ oxidation waste salt resource disposal. This technology replaces the waste salt disposal technology of incineration, rotary kiln and superheated steam oxygen-free carbonization, pushing the waste salt resource technology to a completely stable and mature new height, thus completely breaking through the bottleneck of chemical waste salt disposal technology in China.
