Director of R&D Center: Dr. Li Quan

 Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Resources and Environment, Southwest University, recipient of the National Excellent Young Science Fund. Specializing in the migration, transformation, and ecological remediation of environmental pollutants, he has achieved outstanding results in pollutant behavior at the soil-water interface, environmental processes of emerging contaminants, and green remediation technologies for contaminated sites, with over 80 SCI papers published and more than 20 authorized invention patents.
